Online Group Music Therapy

Offering music therapy groups for adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), dementia, and Parkinson’s disease

Online Group Music Therapy

Group music therapy sessions bring individuals together in a supportive environment where participants can connect, engage, and work on specific common goals. Three group types are offered specifically for adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), dementia, or Parkinson’s disease.
Working in a group setting can also help reduce feelings of isolation while creating opportunities for meaningful social interaction. Parkinson’s groups include vocal exercises and group singing exercises for voice strengthening. Cognitive Stimulation Therapy groups focus on memory, attention, language, and executive function skills. Group music therapy fosters engagement, improves quality of life, and offers a common connection through music.
